Nigeria@64: Abeokuta South Chairmanship Candidate Balogun Reaffirms Commitment to Progress of Abeokuta South LG

The chairmanship candidate of The All Progress Congress, Abeokuta South Local Government,  Hon. Balogun Olaniyi Afeez popularly known as BOA has reaffirmed his commitment to the progress and development of the Premier Local Government. 


In his congratulatory message to commemorate the 64th anniversary of Nigeria acknowledged the support of Nigerians, particularly Ogun State residents for their relentless spirit and dedication to Governor Dapo Abiodun, CON, ISEYA's mantra for the progress of the Gateway State. 




He called on the citizens of Abeokuta South Local Government to support the good governance and representation that will be unveiled by their vote during the council election that will be held on November 16 later this year.



Balogun also highlighted his vision ⁠for Infrastructure Development across our local government area, and  ⁠Economic Empowerment to support local businesses, while also creating jobs, and stimulating growth.


He maintained that enhancing security, sanitation, and social welfare programs will not be exempted, while also prioritizing⁠ open responsible management of resources.


According to him "Today, as we commemorate the 64th anniversary of our Nation's Independence, we stand united in our quest for a brighter tomorrow. 


He further says: "Let us reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and reaffirm our commitment to building a better future".


"As we celebrate, I want to further reaffirm my commitment to our community's progress and well-being.  As your aspiring Chairman in the forthcoming 2024 Local Government Elections in our dearly Gateway State".


He stressed:  "I look forward to harnessing our collective potential and driving growth, ensuring Abeokuta South becomes a hub of prosperity and opportunity for all". 


"As always stated, I'll foster a culture of inclusivity and participation, listening to and addressing your concerns, so that together we can reinvent local governance through shared Happiness". He concluded
